All orders are completed, dispatched and delivered from our warehouse in Stockholm to you within 1–3 business days. International orders will be delivered within 2–8 days from the day you receive the shipping confirmation. During periods of sale and other activities, the delivery time may be longer. We operate Monday to Friday (not during public holidays). As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Delivery rates

Delivery within Sweden: Free with DHL, Budbee 50 kr

Delivery within EU: 150 SEK

Delivery within Norway: 300 SEK

Delivery rest of the world: 370 SEK

Please note that all orders shipped outside of EU will be charged customs duties. These charges vary a lot and depend on the total amount of the order, what kind of goods it is, and from which country it's shipped. Just ask us if you have any questions!


We accept Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex. We provide Swedish payments with Klarna and Swish.

Returns & Exchanges

How to make a return

If you wish to make a return, click here. After you have registered your return, you will receive instructions for the next step via email. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that a return deposit of 50 SEK will be added at your cost.

Return Policy

• A return deposit of 50 SEK will be added at your cost.

• For International returns outside of Sweden the customer will pay for the return cost. Make sure that you get a tracking number for your parcel. 

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

• Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. This also applies to items on sale.

• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

• Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• If you do not pick up your order at the service point, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is 150 SEK. Be aware of that uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.


Unfortunately, we cannot offer any exchanges via returns. However, you can make a return, receive a refund and thereafter place a new order.

If you have purchased an item with a discount code and wish to reorder a different size, we can reapply the discount for you. Contact us with both the original and the new order number and we’ll help you!
