Shipping & Payments

Shipping within the European Union (EU)

Marville Road offers shipping with Postnord, DHL, Budbee and UPS. The shipping rate for your order will be displayed in checkout, and depends on which shipping option you select for your order.

Delivery Times

All orders are dispatched 10:00 CET Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day. Kindly note that these delivery times are estimates and might vary.

Delivered to your nearest service point within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

DHL Service Point
Delivered to your nearest service point within 1-3 business days after dispatch.

Budbee Home Delivery
Delivered to your door within 1-3 business days after dispatch. between 17:00-22:00 CET.

Delivered to your home or an access point near you within 2-7 business days after dispatch.

International orders will be delivered within 2–8 days after dispatch and you receive your shipping confirmation.

During high impact periods of sale and other activities, the dispatch and delivery times may be longer. We operate business days Monday to Friday and are closed on Swedish bank and public holidays. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and a tracking number via email.

Shipping to the UK / US / Norway

All orders are sent from Sweden. Shipments made to outside of the EU are subject to additional taxes/duties in your Customs. You will be responsible to claim your goods from your Customs and settle import taxes and duties before receiving your items.

We currently ship to the UK. We do not ship to the US or Norway.

You are responsible to pay import tax and duties

All prices shown in GBP / USD / NOK exclude VAT/tax and exclude Customs import taxes and duties. Duties and taxes are applied by your Customs once the items have arrived in your country. You are responsible to claim your goods and pay taxes/duties before receiving them.

Receiving your order

All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Stockholm at 10:00 CET Monday-Friday. Orders placed after this time are dispatched the next business day. Kindly note that these dispatch times are estimates and might vary.

International orders (to non-EU countries) will reach Customs effectively 5-8 business days from ordering online. Thereafter, you will receive a notification from your Customs where you must take action and pay Customs import taxes and duties before you can receive your items. For further information, please contact UPS/FedEx or your Customs.

Marville Road charges up to 100 GBP / 100 USD / 1000 NOK for non-claimed items

PLEASE NOTE! In case you do not act on notifications from your Customs, or if you avoid paying import taxes and duties, the order will be returned to Marville Road upon which we will deduct from the refund of your items the following:

Administration fee for handling Customs and return shipping, up to 100 GBP / 100 USD / 1000 NOK in total.

Payments

We accept Klarna Pay Later, Klarna Pay Now, PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Amex. We provide Swedish payments with Klarna and Swish.

Returns & Exchanges

Free exchanges

Need a different size or color? Save 80 SEK / 8 EUR / 30 EUR by exchanging your product(s). Exchanges are free! Please note that you will have to place and pay for a new order before being refunded for the returned item(s).

Exchange instructions:

  1. Place a new order of your desired size and/or color.
  2. Visit the Return Portal and choose “Exchange” for the item(s) you want to exchange, then proceed.
  3. You will receive an email with instructions for how to return your item(s). Check your junk mail in case the email has not been delivered to your inbox.
  4. Once your returned item(s) are received and approved, we will refund you the cost of the returned item(s). We do not charge any return fee when you exchange.


Used a discount code? No problem – we’ll apply it again for your new order. Just email us both order numbers and we’ll help you out!

After you have registered your return, you will receive instructions for the next step via email. Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.

• If you wish to make a return, click here. After you have registered your return, you will receive instructions for the next step via email.

• Items should be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. This also applies to items on sale.

• All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive an item that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.

• Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.

• Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.

• Items should be returned new, unused, and with all designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

• If you do not pick up your order at the service point, we will charge you for delivery, return and storage costs. The cost of this is 150 SEK. Be aware of that uncollected items are not counted as cancellation of your purchase.
