TRANSPARENCY

We are always trying to make responsible choices for a better future – and we constantly strive to improve our sustainable performances. Marville Road has been committed to encouraging careful consumption habits since the beginning, presenting designs that are both long-lasting and remain stylish beyond seasonal trends. Each item should become a vital brick in your everyday attire and we always make sure that each item will go well within the Marville Road Brick System.

We attempt to use durable materials whenever possible so that we may create high-quality clothing that can be worn over and over again. But it's also important for us to make sure the clothes can resist washing, steaming, and ironing to keep their shape and avoid wrinkles.

“Our vision is to create a sustainable and long-lasting wardrobe for every woman. We want to create styles that are durable and can be worn for years to come.“

Jenny Holmén, founder & designer

The fast-fashion industry has over the last couple of years contributed to extreme overconsumption of clothes. People are buying more clothes than ever to keep up with the latest trends and styles, just to throw them away as soon as they get out of style. We own more clothes than ever – and still many of us wake up in the morning not knowing what to wear.

Our goal is to provide women with timeless staples that can be mixed and matched endlessly, regardless of season or trends. We believe that clothes should be designed to last and our goal is to increase the average use of each garment to reduce clothing waste.

At Marville Road we are always working to improve our framework for circular fashion, concerning sustainable materials, people, and the environment. Each and every step of the supply chain is equally important and we know that every action we take, big or small, has an impact on the environment. Our products are therefore produced by carefully selected factories in China, Romania, Bulgaria , and Italy, via Swedish distributors. We work very closely with our selected factories to ensure a smooth and transparent collaboration.

Throughout the manufacturing process, we carefully select fabrics with little environmental impact. We are committed to continuing to research innovative and sustainable materials and production processes so that we can continue to provide conscious fashion.

Your opinion is really important to us. Let us know what we can do to improve in our work toward a sustainable future.
